5 x Land and Engineering Surveyor – Swindon and South West
We have multiple surveying roles for experienced Land and Engineering Surveyors to work from our Swindon office, covering the South West and Wales region. The right candidates should have a minimum of 2 years of surveying experience backed by a Bachelors or Master’s degree in land surveying or geomatics-related subject. Full training and guidance will be provided for the right candidates, together with company vehicle and other benefits.

Office Administrator – Swindon
We have a new opening position for an Office Administrator to join our fast growing Swindon office. The ideal candidate will need to have some experience of office management, be customer focused, an engaging and confident person with great communication skills both verbally and written. This position will be subject to a 6 months’ probation period upon which the successful candidate will be promoted and offered an Office Manager position. Full training and unreserved support will be provided by the company for the successful candidate to achieve the desired standards for office manager. Working hours are from 8:30am-5pm Monday to Friday with a 1-hour paid lunch break. Salary is negotiable and depending on experience.

Survey Manager – South East and London
The company has an exciting new opportunity for a Survey Manager to develop and lead a new survey office and team who will provide various land surveying and geomatics services across the home counties of Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, Essex, Hertfordshire, Kent, Surrey, Sussex and London.

This is an exciting new opportunity for the right candidate to join a successful surveying company at a senior level, and advance their surveying career rapidly. Full training and guidance will be provided for the right candidate and no previous experience of managing other surveyors is necessary, although a Bachelors or Master’s degree in land surveying or geomatics-related subject is essential, backed by a minimum of 5 years surveying experience and professional accreditation such as MCInstCES or MRICS.

Survey Manager - Midlands and North England
The company has an exciting opportunity for a Survey Manager to lead a new survey office and survey team who will provide various land surveying and geomatics services across Derby, Greater Manchester and Liverpool area for a number of framework contracts that the company has recently secured.

2 x Business Development Managers
We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Business Development Manager to join our fast growing company. Although the two roles will be based from our Swindon office, some travel may be necessary across the UK, including Scotland, ROI and the rest of Europe.

The successful candidate will report directly to the company's Managing Director and some of their key responsibilities shall include:

  • Liaise closely with existing company clients, encourage client feedback and provide project support and direct feedback to the company surveyors and ongoing projects from conception to compeletion.
  • Source new clients by promoting the company's land surveying and geomatics services across the UK and Europe by means of implementing a business mentality of continuous improvement of services to ensure that the company constantly moves with the times and operates to the best of its abilities and client desires.
  • Network with local, public and other government professionals and organisations to ensure the company services are in line with the industry requirements, technological development and long-term government objectives.
  • Ensure that the company’s values are adhered to in all aspects of work and develop an awareness of the services provided by competitors for benchmarking and improvement purposes while staying well-informed of new and forthcoming construction and civil engineering projects in order to benefit the business.

Candidates are not expected to have any previous experience in the field of land surveying and geomatics discipline, although a respectable experience from working in the construction, rail or built environment is essential.
